REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION

1. Refund and Replacement:

Harman House offers refunds and replacements for purchased products. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether a refund or replacement is applicable. If eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15-20 business days, depending on bank procedures.

Note: Only the item's value is refundable, excluding shipping charges. You may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

● If you received a damaged or defective item: Harman House only accepts returns for items that are defective or damaged. These must be approved by our Service Center team. Harman House reserves the right to repair the defect within 7 days. If not rectified, a full refund or equivalent replacement will be provided.

● Product not as described: Contact our Customer Service within 7 days with evidence if the product does not match its website description. Complaints based solely on false expectations are not honored.

● Non-delivery: If you didn’t receive a confirmation text due to email issues, contact Customer Service within 7 days. After this period, the product will be considered delivered.

● No returns or exchanges after 7 days. Beyond this period, manufacturer warranty applies.

● Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by receipt and warranty card for refunds. COD purchases will be refunded via cheque.

● Exchange for change of mind is not accepted.

● Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.

2. Shipping

To return an item, contact Harman House Customer Care. If you notify us of a faulty return within seven days, the delivery charge will be refunded. Otherwise, it is non-refundable, and uplift charges may apply. Harman House is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment.

3. Cancellations

If an order is canceled before processing, it will be fully refunded. If shipped, online transaction, delivery, and re-pickup charges will apply. Harman House reserves the right to confirm whether an order has shipped.

4. Miscellaneous

For returns, have your order number and description of the issue ready. Proof of purchase is required.
